Our being begins to shine through more than our egoic identity. I call this Addicted To Being - when nothing feels better than being in awareness of the eternal aspect of us. Some Masters called it Self Remembering, Self Consciousness, To Awake but they are all pointing to the same thing.

The way I teach is step by step, providing tangible and effective tools for you to incorporate each week. Just like going to the gym you need to build certain muscles before you get into a full flow and so we start building a solid foundation.
