When we feel tired and stressed we don’t feel creative, we feel overwhelmed by our emotions and we fall asleep in meditation.
For me Spiritual Nutrition is ALL about having enough energy to truly engage in life. To create, to share, to PRESENT to live and all it’s amazingness. In this course I share about the esoteric part of our nervous system and how we can maximise its benefits to nourish our energy body and nervous system.

How to receive more nourishment from the esoteric aspect of your nervous system
Just like we need to take care of our physical body and nourish it, we need to nourish our energy body.
Have you ever felt exhausted after around a lot of people at a busy event, you travel a lot or just got back from a night out or a festival? Chances are you have an Energy Hangover and need to nourish your energy body - green juice or healthy food alone is not enough to fix this.
Everywhere we go we are always loosing tiny parts of our energy, sprinkling like fairy dust, with every move and every interaction. Sometimes we’re really investing our energy in a conversation with someone. And of course we are also taking on energy from others - every time we are out and connecting with others.
I find it beyond useful to use a short energy recovery practice to pull my energy back in and cleanse me of other peoples energy and it’s the perfect first step to then enter into meditation afterwards.
Hence my Energy Activation Practices were born. My personal go-to’s for whether I’m travelling, left an event, or post festival.
