5th June Electronic Flow Meditation - Come As You Are

This is a meditation class, but with journalling and movement in the beginning to help come to a place of true stillness.

What you’ll need:

  • Speaker - The class will sound much better if you can use a speaker (rather than just computer audio) or you could use wireless headphones (since we’ll be moving and dancing)

  • Pen and Paper

  • Yoga mat, cushion to sit on, light shawl if you want to cover yourself during the meditation

Flow of the Class

  • Journalling - ideal to have pen and paper handy

  • Shaking - to let go of frustrations, stress, and awaken our inner energy

  • Free dance - to work through our theme

  • Breathing - to centre us and enrich the body with prana

  • Still Point of Meditation - stillness to go within

  • Inner Wisdom - Pratibha

  • Integration - coming back into your day
