This is a free challenge and some suggestions on how to start are below.
Don’t use your phone as an alarm clock as sleeping near our phone is not good sleep hygeine. Instead use a Lumi Light or old school alarm clock
Upon waking listen to the Inner Connection meditation which is all about helping you to connect to your inner ‘wifi’ aka source energy
Listen to the meditation on a device that is NOT connected to wifi - it could be an old phone or tablet, or a lap or your phone on aeroplane mode as a last option
The optional additional meditation is 7 minutes
After the meditation see how long you can go without needing to check your phone - have a shower, make your morning drink - stay in your own energy as long as possible
Notice how you feel after 7 days of not checking your phone first thing in the morning - note your creativity, ideas, mental head space
Tune into the wifi of the universe rather than your phone
Tune into true IN-formation rather than OUT-formation of the world
Tune into Inner Connection where IN-tuition, IN-spiration, IN-sights arise from
7mornings to reset your nervous system and inner connection.
