Join us for this workshop with our Astrologer Belinda which will empower you in learning some astrology basics to help you work with the moon in a personal way. As the moon phases ebb and flow each month how can you best work with them? For many us living in cities, the moon is a fundamental part of nature that we can always connect with. Working with the moon is not only a wonderful introduction to astrology but a way to get to know yourself better. A basic understanding of your chart can also help you see which part of your life is being impacted by each lunation. We often focus on new and full moons, but in this cycle we also have the first quarter moon, third quarter and the dark moon. This is an educational workshop laying out the core principles around the Moon Cycles. Those that know their birth time or have their birth chart available can also learn how to personalise this to them. We will start with a short introduction and grounding into the space and then move into the education on the Moon Cycles. Based on this, we will then focus on how to personalise the information for your respective birth chart (if you have your birthtime available). The workshop will conclude with a Yoga Nidra practice to integrate the learning. Why this workshop? • A beautiful way to start working with astrology in a more personal way. • Learn from an experienced Astrologer in a small setting. • Combined learning and deep rest through Yoga Nidra. Feedback from the Astrological New Year Workshop: "It was magical, thank you 💫 "Yaya; "I loved this!" Amy; "It was absolutely fascinating! The yoga nidra was so enlightening for me. I have never done it before." Charlotte Details for the day: • Please wear warm comfortable clothing. • Bring a journal to take notes. • Bring your birthchart if you have it available. • Arrive by 7pm for some tea and for a start of practice by 7.15pm. Very looking forward to sharing this workshop with you and seeing you there! More about Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation practice for relaxation, emotional regulation, manifestation and subconscious reprogramming. It translates to Yogic Sleep which describes the body and mind going to sleep but the inner awareness staying awake and present. It’s structured to guide us through the subtle energy bodys (koshas) to our inner most state. Yoga Nidra consists of working with a personal affirmation, body scan to create coherence, energy work, emotional regulation by somatic experiencing pairs of opposite emotions, awakening inner vision and imagination, and connecting with your inner most self.
