Mid Week Chill with Belinda (Embodied Yin)

Wednesday evenings 6.30pm a chance to chill with a variety of classes from Belinda. Each will rotate from either a yoga nidra practice, embodied yin or an electronic music meditation.

The class Wednesday 10th of February will be an Embodied Yin practice.

This class is suitable for all levels and to participate you will need the following:

Bolster, 2 blocks and a blanket

Substitute props can be several pillows and 2 big books should you not have a bolster and blocks.
