Astrology is the most incredible and profound tool for reflection of our individuality and personality and also how to see the seasons and patterns in life.

That said often it’s easy for the mind to over focus on the astrology, and in doing so, give that information more importance and focus than our own inner astrology.

By inner astrology I’m referring to our own psychology, intuition and information processing systems like metacognition.

As a informed somatic based practitioner (with my Compassionate Inquiry Training) and being a meditation teacher for decades I want to bring some of this wisdom into how you can learn to trust your inner information processing so that it complements the outer information you read about astrology.

I’m a huge proponent for astrology to be empowering, but not something we completely give our power away too. Like anything it can be a liberation or a bondage depending on how we use it.
