Spiritual Nutrition For Taurus Season

Art by doan_ly

Spiritual Nutrition had it’s origins my love for physical nutrition that lead me on a huge journey into juice fasting and eating for meditation. Learning how to use physical nourishment to make us the best possible conductor for divine energy.

Minerals, balanced yin:yang energy, eating in a way that doesn’t create physiological stress in our body. Yes the way we eat can create a fight flight response in our body. And when the body is experiencing stress, the kundalini energy generally stays in our lower 3 chakras - survival energy and mode.

Spiritual Nutrition is also about luxuriating in the abundance of nutrition available to us in nature - the prana rich air, sky gazing, the light codes in sunshine, earthing on the ground - utilising all of our senses to have moment to moment juicy lush experiences. It’s the epitome of stopping to smell the roses. When we slow down we become so much more sensitive to subtle energy, we feel more alive, we re-sensitive ourselves.

We live in a world that is so fast paced and over-sensitised that the simple act of slowing down and ‘stopping’ to smell the roses is more powerful than you think.

In meditation being sensitive and perceptive are the doors to experiencing the more subtle energy of the divine.
