Spiritual Nutrition Tips for Leo Season
Leo season is here and after being drenched in much needed sunshine in Ibiza the last weeks I’m so feeling it.
Sunlight is so nourishing and for me definitely an aspect of Spiritual Nutrition.
Getting out in the sun nourishes our light body and we receive cosmic information through the rays of the sun. I share more in my IGTV video on Spiritual Nutrition Tips for Leo Season.
Leo season also means summer festivals here in the UK! I’m taking my Electronic Music Meditation to a few of them including Defected Croatia, Lost Village and Wild Wood Disco.
There’s been a huge jump in interests in Electronic Music and Meditation since I started and I recently contributed to a Beatport music and mental health interactive report called “Music Connects Us” - you can download it for free here.
Festivals for me bring up 2 things.
I know a lot of people are sober now, or sober curious. Perhaps been sober all of lockdown and then feeling weird about going out to a festival and dealing with drugs and alcohol. My Ecstatic Living course is perfect for this and it helps you ‘remember’ how to tune into your innate ecstasy and also look at some of the mental and emotional blocks you may have around this and tuning into it. Because I feel it’s a such a hugely useful and amazing resource I’ve decided to offer it at a special price this month - only £55 instead of £77
The next big thing for me around parties and festivals is Energy Body Nutrition. We are around a lot of other peoples energy and maybe travelling and having less sleep. This is 1000% the time to invest in nourishing your energy body. You can grab my mini course REVIVE which contains over 60minutes worth of lessons and 7 practices including a special energy recovery yoga nidra and then a selection of exercises and meditations.
Leo season is all about heart energy, courage, shining your essence. With the Ecstatic Living and REVIVE courses in your back pocket you’ll be well prepared to make the most of the sun’s energy this month.
All my love,
Belinda
