5 days of morning shaking, meditation and stretching/dancing to waken up our life force energy and tune into our inner sunshine, as the clocks change. A supportive space to wake up and meditate with the sun. Also includes a midweek evening ‘inner sunshine’ yoga nidra practice.
We’ll start November 1st when the clocks change you make use of that ‘extra’ hour, but doing a 30minute practice with me.
As we are in Scorpio season at this time which is all about our sexual energy and transformation, shaking is a great activity. It helps to release built up stress and tension that some of our ‘unconscious’ habits may contribute towards. Shaking also awakens our sexual energy which is also ruled by Scorpio and we can use that energy for our meditation and then the move and dance and feel the body really alive.
Sunrise and sunset are always seen as auspicious times to practice and very natural that we ‘wake with the sun’.
